  5. Announce listing at Caravan WEEKLY meetings consisting of 40 West Maui agents
  6. Schedule a Broker Caravan catered event. If applicable artist Jim Kingwell will paint the home or condo view and hold a limited edition print drawing to increase participation at event (Value of art $400.00)
  7. Hold open houses if applicable.
  8. Lahaina News weekly distributed to 30,000 Maui Households and 10,000 visitors weekly. Promote listings regularly www.Lahainanews.com. On-Line listing exposure with Lahaina News. Quarter page Featured article of your listing. ($442.00 and $324 for a weekly all listings add) Full Page Quarterly about property ($1,147.00). Advertise in the Maui News also.
  9. Create top of the line professional listing flyers. Branded and non-branded for agents.
  10. Send an E-flyer to all Realtors Association of Maui members 1400 agents for new listing and all open houses dates.
  11. Send out “Just Listed” postcards to West Maui neighbors and WA CEOs. 1250 JUMBO Postcards sent out. ($600.00)
  12. Coldwell Banker Island Property sign the most trusted name in the business (if applicable)
  13. Send your new listing via email to 1500 Kingwell Island Art Collectors via email.
  14. Prominently display your Listing at Kristen’s Coldwell Banker satellite office at Kingwell Island Art Gallery in the hub of Lahainatown. www.kingwellislandart.com 250 LISTING FLYERS go out monthly

  16. I will email frequently about showings or call you at least every two weeks to give you feedback on the buyers and agents that looked at your place. I keep email addresses of all the agents and buyers names that show your home into an Excel Spreadsheet, so when an offer comes in, all the agents that showed the property will get an email stating that we have an offer currently on the table. This gives them a chance to submit an offer.
  17. Whenever possible pre-qualify the prospective buyers.
  18. Send listing to Kristen’s 1200 BUYER LIST via Email Flyer.
  19. Promote on Listhub: which includes 57 on-line real estate sites: Zillow.com, Realtor.com, Trulia.com, etc.
  20. Promote on all Coldwell Banker Social Media Sites and the COLDWELLBANKERLUXURY.COM website and marketing for listings above $2,000,000.
